About TTC Drawing Teacher Posts Requirement happening in Andhra pradesh from last 7 years.

Dear sir/madam TTC students are waiting for posts from last 7 years in AP which comes under sarva siksha abhiyan, Educational department not giving priority for this posts, even after visiting manytimes in sarva sikha abhiyan but central govt is proving funds for this as i heared, please need to take action, which is helpful for students, MEO and DEO officers also not providing details of vaccines in schools even vacancies in school
