We have ordered TV in Flipkart... Money got debited from my account but order was not placed. I need assistance to get refund.

please send the order ID, reference number of the order transaction, and your bank statement to the concerned authorities of flipkart. I'll give you the mail IDs of them and if there is any chance that your issue bot got sloved. then please reach out to your respective bank and ask them to raise a charge back. please be assured that your issue will get resolved in 5-7 business days. mail id of flipkart: cs-[email protected]
