Case of encephalitis or meningitis, unconsious, hyponatremia Reports- 4.5.21: D-Dimer: 290, CRP: 31.67, IL-6: 13.25, Ferritin: 410, Hb- 11.9, SGOT/SGPT: 97.1/86 9.5.21: CT Chest- severe, hyponatremia (103) Onset of fever: 25.4.21 No fever since 8 days - Maintained saturation-98/99 Current Medication since yesterday: Wysolone 20mg OD, PROGARD BD, BPLEX FORTE BD, MOM SYP 15ML OD, ECOSPRIN 75MG OD Medications taken since 5 days: AUGMENTIN DUO 625 mg BD, RABIUM 20 OD, WYOSOLONE 20mg BD, ECOSPRIN 75MG OD Medications taken since the starting: BPLEX FORTE OD, ASTHAKIND syp, DOLO 650, vit C, Zincovit Earlier took- Azithromycin OD, IVERMECTIN 12mg OD, RESCUE D SYP (7.5ml-3 times/day)
