Ration Card se Aadhar Card Link

Mere jaan-pehchan ke ek jan ko ration shop se ration nhi mil rha hai. Unka naam NFSA me juda hua hai lekin ration dukan wale bol rhe hai ki aadhar card se bhi link karna hoga. Online bhi yahi btaya jaa rha hai - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mUv6u3IGwG8 Unko apne aadhar card me corrections karwane hai. To kya aadhar card me correction ke baad hi ration se link karwaye ya pehle bhi karwa sakte hain?
