Consumer complain

maine mere sheher ki ek kirane ki dukaan se kuch ration khareeda tha us kirana dukan waale ne mujhe market me jo daam chal rha tha usse kaafi adhik daam par samaan dia aur saath hi mai halki aur kharab quality ka samaan diya. mai si cheez ki complain consuer court me kaise kar sakta hu?
