E-mitra seva nhi chal rhi hai

Me kal army ka form bharne E-mitra pe gaya. Form bharne me lagbhag 2-ghante lage kyunki e-mitra seva bahut slow chal rhi thi. 2-ghante baad e-mitra hi nhi chal rha tha to tera form bich me hi reh gaya. E-mitra seva sahi se chale uske liye kya kiya jaa sakta hai?
