Unable to book for OPD appointment at AIIMS Jodhpur

I have tried booking for an OPD appointment for AIIMS from their website but it is not going through. Can someone help me with that?

https://www.aiimsjodhpur.edu.in/Patient_Portal/ Have you tried this link? If not then please try using the above link, else you can contact their helpdesk on 8764505153, 8764505154. Also,do ensure that you have the AIIMS card before booking for an appointment as without card it will not get booked.
